Staying Active at Home

We want to give all of our participants access to valuable exercises, skills drills and activities to help everyone stay active and engaged with the programme at home, with all Super 1s sessions currently suspended.

We have designed an activity pack containing a series of challenges to help keep people active whilst at home. Please check this page every week and we’ll have a new activity for you to take part in.

This weeks activity can be downloaded here

We have our latest cricket skills challenge set by a member of one of England's disability cricket squads for you to take on below.

You can also take on Kian's Weekly Wordsearch Challenges below. Kian, who attends Super 1s in Yorkshire, wants you to complete the wordsearches he is creating for all our participants.

A call or a message can go a long way at this time, and is good for both your and your friends' mental health.
