General Complaints Policy

At the Lord’s Taverners, we are committed to delivering an excellent service to anyone who engages with our work, so we are keen to hear from anyone who believes we have fallen short of the high standards we set ourselves.

You can provide your feedback by phoning us on 020 7025 0000, by emailing contact@lordstaverners.org, or alternatively, you can write to the following address: The Lord's Taverners, Fivefields, 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1W 0DH

We will acknowledge and provide an initial response to your feedback within five working days of receiving it. While we expect to be able to resolve most complaints within that time frame, if we need to conduct a more in-depth investigation, we will aim to provide you with a full response within 20 working days. If we are unable to meet that deadline due to exceptional circumstances, we shall let you know.

The Lord's Taverners is covered by the Fundraising Regulator (FR), if you feel that we have not satisfactorily solved your complaint, you can contact the Regulator by clicking here.
