Super 1s Unity of the Roses

Young people with disabilities from Yorkshire and Lancashire were at York St John University last week (8 August) to take part in a day of coaching sessions and competition as the rivals from either side of the pennines came together through cricket.

Our Programmes

We work across the UK and beyond to provide inclusive and impactful cricket programmes, empowering young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities and confidence required to overcome the challenges of inequality, raise their aspirations and reach their potential.

Super 1s

Super 1s gives disabled young people aged 12-25 the chance to play regular competitive cricket while improving life skills such as confidence and independence.

Table Cricket

Table cricket is an adapted version of cricket, played on a table tennis table and specially designed to give young disabled people the chance to play and compete in the sport we all love.

Wicketz

Wicketz is a community cricket programme aimed at young people aged 8-19 living in disadvantaged communities, providing weekly cricket sessions as well as life skills workshops.

Cricket Kit Recycling

Our cricket kit recycling programme helps young people all over the world in developing countries, and in the UK access sporting equipment.
