Cookery Demonstration with Alex Clare
The Norfolk Lord's Taverners invite you to an amazing cookery demonstration with award winning chef, Alex Clare.
Alex Clare, award winning chef from Norfolk's Edge, will be cooking his signature Beef Wellington (tasters available for attendees) followed by a six-course meal prepared by the internationally renowned Hotel School Students:
- Amuse-Bouche
- Starter Salad a la Russe
- Sorbet Basil and lemon
- Main Rump of lamb, shepherd's pie, black cabbage
- Dessert Chai tea panna cotta, figs, crispy pastry
- Coffee & Petit Four
