Secure your spot for an unforgettable summer’s day at the races in a private marquee strategically positioned near the finish line at Chelmsford City Racecourse. Synonymous has secured exclusive use of the Queen Charlotte Marquee, creating a contemporary yet sophisticated event that is a must-attend on the Essex Corporate calendar. You will be treated to live entertainment and exceptional cuisine & beverages, all while socialising with esteemed sports personalities in our private hospitality suite.

Standard ticket to include:

A Champagne and canapés reception, a two-course alfresco BBQ meal and half a bottle of wine per person on your table.

Tables of 10 or individual places available.

VIP ticket (limited available) to include all of the above plus:

Table of 10 with the best seats in the house and reserved trackside seats on the outside patio with two bottles of Champagne on your table.

Race sponsorship:

Your company name will feature on the TV and on the race cards + the big screens at Chelmsford Racecourse. Up to 10 guests will be invited to judge the best turned-out horse for the chosen race which will include a glass of champagne in the chairman’s box and the opportunity to present the race winner with their prize. You will also receive a full page advert in the Synonymous events guide.

The day's fundraising activities will be dedicated to supporting the Lord’s Taverners.
