Lord’s Taverners cricket programmes impacted the lives of a record 12,000 participants in the past year despite the Covid-19 pandemic – demonstrating our work to break down barriers and empower disadvantaged and disabled young people to fulfil their potential and build life skills has never been more vital.

Using his leadership skills to support his peers, he plays an integral part in the weekly Super 1s sessions he attends at the Wandsworth hub in Surrey, making sure that everyone has a platform to succeed.

Inspire Award

In 2022, Khristian won one of our four 'Inspire Awards', receiving the much deserved recognition for using their leadership skills to support their peers, being a positive role model, using the skills they develop through cricket in other aspects of their life and making a genuine contribution to their community while using their own personal experience to positively impact the lives of young people around them.

The award winners between them showcase the development that can be made by young people living with disabilities through involvement with Super 1s.
