AGM update

At this morning’s AGM, held at the Lord’s Taverners offices in Victoria, the resolutions relating to the Annual Report and the auditors were both passed. 

The adoption of the audited accounts for the twelve months ended 30 September 2023 was passed with 162 votes in favour and one against.

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the resolution to appoint Haysmacintyre LLP as Auditors of the Company, was passed with 162 votes in favour and three against.

It was also confirmed that Abeed Janmohamed was reappointed to the Trustee Board as the trustee with a transformation focus having been unopposed during the election process.
