Give back through Advent of Change
For the second successive year, we at the Lord’s Taverners are very happy to be one of the beneficiary charities for Advent of Change.
Each day of this alternative advent calendar represents a 50p donation to the charity and describes how that gift could be used, giving the recipient a feel good feeling when seeing exactly how they’ve helped when purchasing their festive calendars.
The campaign raised over £3,800 for the charity last year and that number is only set to grow ahead of a unique festive period this December, with more than £75,000 raised for charities in 2020 already despite it being the first week of November.
The charity advent calendars that we are receiving donations from this Christmas, are available to buy online using the below links. They cost £17.95 with over 70% of the sale price of each product going to charity, 50p going to each charity per calendar.
