Introducing our new Values
We are excited to be launching our new values that will underpin our decision making and actions to support our vision for every young person to overcome the challenges of inequality and achieve their potential.
After six months of engagement and connecting with more than 300 members, volunteers and wider stakeholders, we a proud share our new values and demonstrate our commitment to achieving this: We Include, We Empower, We Inspire.

We’re driven by our purpose to empower and positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality.
Our values and behaviours as employees, volunteers, members, stakeholders and partners are a demonstration of our commitment to leading an inclusive culture – a culture focused on the young people who participate in our programmes and the changes we can make to their lives. Not just for them, but with them.
We engaged with hundreds of individuals connected to the charity to create this set of values. From participants to parents, carers to coaches, fundraisers to funding partners, members to Trustees and regional chairs.
We would like to thank everyone who has been involved in this project and long may our values continue to drive what we do.
As a charity supporting thousands of young people, we all have a responsibility to behave in a way that safeguards our participants, each other and maintains our charity’s reputation – in other words, living by these values.
