Paul Robin Steps Down as CEO of The Lord’s Taverners
The Lord’s Taverners, the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sports charity, today announced that Paul Robin is to step down from the role of Chief Executive effective from January 29, 2021. Nick Roseveare MBE will assume the position of interim CEO.
Mr Robin was appointed CEO in 2013 and prior to his appointment was Chairman of the Middlesex Region. Mr Robin will remain a keen and active member of the Lord’s Taverners.
Mr Robin said: “It has been an enormous privilege to have led the team at Taverners HQ during the past eight years, but now is the right time for me to move on. I am enormously proud of what we have accomplished, particularly the creation of our charity programmes that have such a positive impact on so many young people and the partnerships we have developed with some fabulous organisations such as the ECB, Peoples’ Postcode Lottery and Berkeley Homes. The Taverners has been a big part of my life and I will continue to support the charity as a member.”
Tim Luckhurst, Chair of the Board of Trustees said: “On behalf of the entire Board of Trustees I would like to thank Paul for his commitment to the Lord’s Taverners during some difficult times, not least Coronavirus. His passion for the charity, the work we do and the people we work with is unquestionable and we wish him all the very best.”
The Lord’s Taverners Trustees have appointed Savannah to secure a permanent replacement.
