Sticky Wicket 2019

Sticky Wicket, an annual cricket tournament made of teams from companies involved in the exhibition and events industry, almost reaches £500,000 raised for the Lord's Taverners.

Easyfairs lifted the Sticky Wicket Trophy for the second year running by beating MA Exhibitions in the Final with ExCeL London coming out on top against Informa Markets in the Plate Final.

Sticky Wicket is a cricket tournament consisting of event and exhibition industry people who are passionate about events and sport. The competition, in it's thirteenth year, has raised just shy of £500,000 in total and will look to surpass that number in 2020.

CFO of DMG Events Nick Ratcliffe said "It’s an event we look for every year, we basically look to bring in people to meet other people in the industry, it's always in the calendar every year"

ExCeL London CEO Jeremy Rees lead his team to the Plate final said "It's all about raising money for charity and doing what we do really well, which is creating amazing experiences for things that matter"

Sticky Wicket, this year alone, raised a huge £49,000
