Taverners workshops added to Mind's Wellbeing Activity Library
We're thrilled to announce that some of the mental health workshops we deliver through our cricket programmes have been added to the Wellbeing Activity Library offered by mental health charity, Mind, an invaluable resource aimed at supporting young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
This library provides a range of activities and guidance designed for coaches, volunteers and leaders working with young people in sports and physical activity.
Through these workshops, we go beyond cricket to offer life skills and mental health support, ensuring young people have a safe space to learn, grow and develop. These sessions, developed by our team and delivered directly to the young people on our programmes, address key topics to promote mental wellness and resilience.
The Wellbeing Activity Library is a fantastic tool, and we’re proud to contribute to this collective effort to support the mental health of young people. Check out Mind’s resources and explore how sport can make a positive impact on young lives.
